【摘要】:Thisdocumentdealswiththesignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsaslistedinClause4,whicharerelevanttoNCboringmachines,NCroutingmachinesandNCcombinedboring/routingmachines(asdefinedin3.2.1)hereinafterreferredtoas"machines"designedtocutsolidwood,chipboard,fibreboard,plywoodandalsothesematerialswherethesearecoveredwithplasticlaminateoredgingswhentheyareusedasintendedandundertheconditionsforeseenbythemanufacturer.Thisdocumentalsoappliestomachinesfittedwith:a)additionalequipmentforsawing,sandingandedgebanding;b)fixedormovableworkpiecesupport;c)mechanical,pneumatic,hydraulicorvacuumworkpiececlamping;d)automatictoolchangefacilities.ThisdocumentdoesnotdealwiththespecifichazardsofedgebandingequipmentfittedtoNCboringmachines,NCroutingmachinesandNCcombinedboring/routingmachines.ThisdocumentisonlyapplicabletoNCboringmachines,NCroutingmachinesandNCcombinedboring/routingmachineswhicharedesignedtousemillingtoolswithacuttingcirclediameterbelow16mmormillingtoolsorsaw-bladesconformingtoEN847-1:2005andEN847-2:2001andboringtoolsorsandingwheels.ThisdocumentisnotapplicabletoNCboringmachines,NCroutingmachinesandNCcombinedboring/routingmachineswhicharedesignedtousegrindingwheels.Thisdocumentisnotapplicabletosinglespindlehandfed/integratedfedroutingmachines.NOTESinglespindlehandfed/integratedfedroutingmachinesaredealtwithinEN848-2:2007.Thisdocumentdoesnotdealwiththespecifichazardsofejectionthroughcurtainsonmachineswithfeedingopeningsofwhichthedistancebetweentheworkpiecesupportandthelowerpartofthepartialenclosureinthedirectionofthefeedexceeds400mm.ThisdocumentisnotapplicabletoNCboringmachines,NCroutingmachinesandNCcombinedboring/routingmachineswhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofitspublicationasEN.
