【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesthecharacteristicsofaxlesforuseonEuropeannetworks.Itdefinescharacteristicsofforgedorrolledsolidandhollowaxles,madefromvacuum-degassedsteelgradeEA1NthatisthemostcommonlyusedgradeonEuropeannetworks.Forhollowaxles,thisstandardappliesonlytothosethataremanufacturedbymachiningofaholeinaforgedorrolledsolidaxleInaddition,theparticularcharacteristicsforaxlesingradeEA1TandEA4TaregiveninAnnexA.Twocategoriesofaxlearedefined,category1andcategory2.Generally,category1ischosenwhentheoperationalspeedishigherthan200km/h.ThisstandardisapplicabletoaxlesthataredesignedinaccordancewiththerequirementsofEN13103andEN13104.NOTEDifferentvaluesforsomecharacteristicsmaybeagreedifaparticularprocessoffabrication(e.g.coldrolling,shotpeening,shotpeening,steelcleanliness,reductionratio,improvedmaterialpropertiesfrommeltingandheattreatmentprocesses,etc.)hasaninfluenceonthem.
