【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiestestmethodsfortheevaluationoffluidsexposedtostandardelastomericmaterialsthathavebeenmanufacturedinaccordancewiththespecifiedprocesses.Itallowsbaselinecomparisonsoffluidswithstandardelastomers.ThisInternationalStandardprovidesformulations,mixingandvulcanizationproceduresforfivetypesofelastomericcompositions:a)acrylonitrile-butadienerubber(NBR1andNBR2);b)fluoroelastomers(FKM2);c)ethylenepropylenedienerubber(EPDM1);d)hydrogenatedNBR(HNBR1).Theseproceduresevaluatetheeffectofmineral-based,fire-resistantandbiodegradablehydraulicfluidsonsuchcompositionsbymeasurement,undercontrolledconditions,ofphysicalpropertiesofstandardtestpiecesofthesuitabletestelastomerbeforeandafterimmersioninthefluids.ThisInternationalStandarddoesnotprovideformulationsofelastomericmaterialsforactualservice,howeverserviceelastomersmaybetestedusingthesecompatibilityproceduresifrequired.NOTETheelastomericmaterialsusedintheseformulationsaresensitivetofluidvariationsandhavecomparativelyhighswellingcharacteristics.Stablecuresystemsshouldbeusedtogiveadequatestoragelife.
