【摘要】:CEN/TS45545specifies:?measuresonrailwayvehiclesforfireprotection;?verificationofthesemeasures.CEN/TS45545specifiespreventionmeasures.ThemeasuresandrequirementsspecifiedinCEN/TS45545areintendedtoprotectpassengersandstaffinrailwayvehiclesintheeventofafireonboard.Thisprotectionofpassengerandstaffisessentiallybasedontheabilityoftherollingstocktoallowforevacuationinsafety,satisfyingconditions(accordingtotheobjectivesinClause4)intheframeofaguidedtransportationsystemwhichincludesinparticularvehicles,infrastructureandoperationrules.ThepresentTechnicalSpecificationdescribesthemeasurestobetakeninthedesignofthevehiclesinthecontextoftheinfrastructurewithinwhichtheyoperate.ItisnotwithinthescopeofCEN/TS45545todescribemeasuresthatensurethepreservationofthevehiclesintheeventofafire.ThisTechnicalSpecificationisvalidforrailwayvehiclesasdefinedin3.1.FreighttransportationvehiclesarenotcoveredbyCEN/TS45545.ThispartofCEN/TS45545covers:?principaldefinitions;?operationcategories;?designcategories;?firesafetyobjectives;?generalrequirementsforfireprotectionmeasuresandtheirevaluationofconformity.
