【摘要】:ThispartofISO4628describesamethodforassessingthedegreeofrustingofcoatingsbycomparisonwithpictorialstandards.ThepictorialstandardsprovidedinthispartofISO4628showcoatedsteelsurfaceswhichhavedeterioratedtodifferentdegreesbyacombinationofrustbrokenthroughthecoatingandvisibleunderrust.NOTE1Thepictorialstandardshavebeenselectedfromthe"Europeanrustscale"publishedbytheEuropeanConfederationofPaint,PrintingInkandArtists'ColoursManufacturers'Associations(CEPE),Brussels.ThecorrelationbetweentheISOscaleandthe"Europeanrustscale"isgiveninAnnexB,TableB.1.NOTE2ThecorrelationbetweentheISOscaleandtheratingsystemofASTMD610,StandardTestMethodforEvaluatingDegreeofRustingonPaintedSteelSurfaces,isgiveninAnnexB,TableB.2.NOTE3TherustformationonuncoatedsteelsurfacesisdesignatedinaccordancewithISO8501-1,Preparationofsteelsubstratesbeforeapplicationofpaintsandrelatedproducts—Visualassessmentofsurfacecleanliness—Part1:Rustgradesandpreparationgradesofuncoatedsteelsubstratesandofsteelsubstratesafteroverallremovalofpreviouscoatings(rustgradesA,B,CandD).ISO4628-1definesthesystemusedfordesignatingthequantityandsizeofdefectsandtheintensityofchangesinappearanceofcoatingsandoutlinesthegeneralprinciplesofthesystem.Thissystemisintendedtobeused,inparticular,fordefectscausedbyageingandweathering,andforuniformchangessuchascolourchanges,forexampleyellowing.
